My girls are wearing christmas red dresses with a white cape/cloak thingy and I will be in a white dress (obviously) with a red cape/cloak thingy.

#1 looks classier. I'm glad you decided to go with that one. And it will be a very nice transition to the girls' red dresses.
To take that one step further, you could put a red cumberbund on Hunter, who I assume will be the ring bearer, and a red sash on a white lacey dress on flower girl Ann Marie's daughter, whose name I can't think of at the moment. Please please do NOT put her in a red dress; it's not a good look for a flower girl. A red sash or bolero jacket or something would be the way to go to bring the color scheme in.

Lorelei (who is my neice) and Haley (who is Ann Maries daughter) are in white dresses with thick red ribbon around thier waist tied in a bow at the back. Hunter ( My nephew) and Noah (Nick's best friends son) are going to be in little suits with red ties.. they are going to be so cute!! Noah and Lorelei are walking down together and Hunter and Haley are walking down together. It's gonna be so awesome!

I remembered that you had a niece, but I thought she was fairly new and would not be old enough to participate.
I'm glad you took my suggestion of white with the red sash/belt/ribbon/bow! :D
