Edmonds undergoes surgery

Jim Edmonds underwent surgery on his left foot last Friday. He also underwent orthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder. The surgery on his foot is expected to coincide with the surgery on his shoulder and he should be ready to return to action during spring training.
