Garvey is a DODGER not a Padre. It's bad enough that his number is retired by the Pads and even the Dodgers do not recognize that need. :duh: Can you tell Padre fans are a tad sensitive on this subject? ;)

Goose should be in the Hall but obviously not as a Padre. Since he won a WS with the NYYers in that fabeled year of '78 (what a season!), I would say he goes in as an NYYer. But Goose has been very good to the Padre organization since he retired. I would like to see him there.
