I was wondering...
if you were to purchase music online as well as movies. And you wanted to have one software application running this functionality and then have another tool running minimized that contains all the messages going back and forth between your machine and the server containing the content, would you want this tool as a way to help troubleshoot when things go wrong with a download. The messages that are recorded in the tool is somewhat readable XML as well as cryptic error messages. But these msgs can be changed to be a bit more user friendly... but not much.
Would you, as a consumer of this product, be interested in this second tool, to see what traffic is being sent back and forth to the server? Or would you care? Caveat: There is an error log that will be included in the software's directory structure but it's not something that would appear as a tool. Instead the error.log file exists in the software's directory structure.
Now, obviously these questions may not be understandable to everyone, or hopefully these questions are understandable. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to ask. I'm just looking at an informal Yes, I do want such a tool included in the application or No, I don't want it, it would be too confusing.
Thanks bunches!!!
