Possible Trade - Input

I am a first-time poster here, but I was wondering if anyone out there had any input into a trade offering in front of me. I play in a roto league that carries 10 pitchers and 15 position players. I have a solid pitching staff (except for saves) and below average hitting. They want Greg Maddux and Jon Lieber for Phil Nevin, Mesa, and Kirk Rueter. Is Nevin worth Maddux?

Me personally I wouldn't make that trade...
Mesa is an explosion waiting to happen and will fade along with the Phillies in the 2nd half...His career WHIP is horrible and I suspect he is playing over his head as are the rest of the Phillies...
As for Maddux, great ERA but hasn't been getting wins due to Atlanta's inability to score which i think will change in the 2nd half as they have been playing better baseball...
