Will he improve the Grizz? If so, how much? i think he will, but in the long run, nothing short term. They are too bad of a team right now.

well u see West did many miracles in Los Angelos he brought all the stars there such as Shaq kareem, Kobe. and Majic he is great and I am sure will try to bring some majic into the team:2guns:

West will turn the Grizzlies around within three years. By 2005 the Grizz will be competitors. Who knows if he can handle the losing until then though.
