89-76 Boston with 8:30 left. Iverson has 31 and Pierce had 22 in the first half. Antoine Walker has 9 boards and 6 assists. Looks like Pierce and Walker stepped up in the big situation.

Pierce and Walker did step up tonight. They rained threes on the Sixers all game. It's great to see the C's advance. The league needs them to be on the marquee as often as possible and I prefer it that way, too. I'm going to enjoy this win for a while.

Man, both Game 5's stunk if you're not a fan of the two teams who won. I was hoping for a little bit more of a competitive Game 5 in both cases, although the teams I wanted to win won and weren't on the other end of the blowout.
