Manny being Magical

Manny Ramirez has hit his first walk off home run in over 10 years to beat the Angels 6-3 in the bottom of the ninth inning. The shot came with two on and two out off Fransisco Rodriguez.

I've been waiting for Manny to hit a walk-off shot for years; he's my favorite player. It couldn't be at any better time than right now. I almost fell on my face jumping around after that. I guess it turns out that manny can not only roll out of bed and hit home runs, he can wake up from 23-game hibernations and smash home runs over the coke bottles when it matters more than ever.

Manny has had such a great affect on the sox since he has been on the team. in game 7 of tonite, he could be the deciding factor between the al world series competitor.

It was awesome how he had not one but two bases loaded walks. He's got such a great eye and patience at the plate.

But it's funny how he (as well as Papi) did almost nothing the last two games of the ALCS. But him just being around is a tremendous influence on the team. :)
