The Playoff Picture is almost set. All 8 divisions have been decided. The 5th seeds are also locked up, with the Jacksonville Jaguars and NY Giants clinching those spots this weekend. All that is left to be decided is the #6 seeds. The Patriots are one game away from the unthinkable, a 16-0 season. What an incredible run they have had. Seeing that tomorrow is Christmas Day, I am releasing the recap a day early. Therefore this does not include the San Diego and Denver contest. I hereby present to you a recap of the sixteenth week in the National Football League.
MVP of the week: It would be hard to not start with Peyton Manning. In addition to his 311 yards and 3 touchdowns, he completed 80% of his passes. He also had his second consecutive season with 30 touchdown passes. His teammate Dallas Clark also had a big day catching 2 of those touchdowns. Next would be Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin. Warner had 361 yards and 3 touchdowns while Anquan Boldin had 162 yards receiving and a couple touchdowns as well. The Bears defense / special teams which blocked 2 punts and had Ryan give them...
