Pudge Must Stay

It will be my new bumper sticker. Hicks is getting the earful down here with his comments about Pudge. The Hispanic following for the Rangers is huge, and the roster reflects the population. If Pudge goes so will the Rangers.

Someone must start a Pudge site. He has to stay in Texas, it is his destiny!!!!!

That's nice to hear that the Rangers have a Hispanic following. The Sox now have a HUGE Dominican following because of Pedro and Manny. I think that's so cool. They come out in HUGE numbers, and travel everywhere the team goes.

TX I agree he has to stay.The Rangers can't aford to start losing the few good players they have.

Pudge is the fan favorite. All the fans love him. We must resign him. I don't think he's worth 15-20 million, but if he wants around 12 or 13 million we should dish it out. He's done a lot for this team. I think the best way to use him though is to have him catch around 4 games a week and DH the others. That way you don't wear him out, and get more injuries. I agree unless there is just some great trade that comes along we must resign him. Hopefully him being hurt all this time we'll bring down his value too, so he won't cost quite as much.
