Peter Gammons says that the ChiSox are desperate for a LHP (they have one) and are shopping Carlos Lee. Littlefield seems to have a good thing going with the White Sox. They obviously didn't want to take Villone. Lee has more upside than Gabe Kapler but his D is reportedly weak as is his arm and he is hitting well below his two-season .284 average. If Lee played LF Giles would have to move to RF with Rios as the fourth OF.
