The Tigers won their sixth consecutive game beating Cleveland tonight 2-0. Jeff Weaver was the story as he tossed 7 2/3 of no-hit baseball. Weaver finished with the Tigs first complete game one-hitter since 1997 (Scott Sanders vs. TX).

The Tigers have posted back-to-back series sweeps with the victory. It's the first time Detroit has swept the Tribe since 1991.

That's ok, #1. I napped through an inning or two myself. (My dog thinks 1am-3am is a good time for me to be awake. I'm going to bed right after this post.) The result is all that matters.
