Man, another 3 for 3 day, with his 12th homer, and his average is up to .318. It's ubelievable!

He is doing everything he possibly can to help this team win ball games, but they are still losing. This has to be frustrating for him. You would think that with our best player this hot, it would translate into wins, but not when you are talking about our Bucs.

He's hotter than hell. Not that I know how hot that is, but you get the point.

I am sure Giles is extremely frustrated. He was struggling and they were winning. Now he's hot and the team is losing. What gives?

ARAM is heating up also.

I don't think ARAM is going to be anywhere near studly until his ankle heals completely. The paper said he couldn't score from second even though Trent Jewett was waving him around. And he is reported to limp coming onto the bag. He probably needs to take a week or so off, but his presence has helped Giles get some pitches to hit.

uhhhh.. Jewitt was NOT waving Aramis around. He had the stop sign the whole way. When down by 4 runs, why in the world would he have been waving him with 2 outs?

Uhh, then I guess the paper had it wrong on their web site.

I wouldn't doubt it. I wasn't saying that You were wrong, changeup.. I realized that it may have come out like that. Sorry..

What was happening, is that Jewitt was windmilling with his right arm, and had the stop sign up with his left. Apparently, to the paper, that meant he was waving him around. What he was doing, was telling him to make a wide turn and force a throw, but not to go. That ball was hit so hard by Kendall that there is no way in the world that just about anyone in the league could have scored on it.

No apology necessary dude. I went back and searched for the story and couldn't find it anyway. I'm familiar with the turn and look sign as are most who played high school or beyond. What does that tell you about sports writers? 1-They're human. 2-They're desperate for a story. 3-Some of them really don't know the game they're covering. 4-Some of the above. 5-All of the above.

This injury has to go down as one of the stupidest in Pirate history. I mean, what the hell were they doing wrestling around for anyway? Most baseball fights are just clutching and grabbing like the Jersey Devils. Although we did have a couple of good ones AFTER the game on our way to the bus! :2guns:
