You should be able to access the Admin/Mod forum which is located at the bottom of the main page under all the team forums...
Let me know for some reason if you can't see it....:)

By the way the Mod and Admin forum is only visible to Mods and Admins so if you have a probelm with anyone that is the place to post as other members can not access this forum...
