I have nothing to do this evening and I am really board so I am going to have a running thread on tonight's game against the Minnesota Twins. Enjoy.:biggrin:

So the the first two batters get out, but Burks advances to second on Denny Hocking's throwing error, however, Thome strikes out to end the inning.

Drese retires the first two batters, Jacque Jones and Hocking, before Doug Mientkewicz [sp?] gets a base hit. Corey Koskie draws a walk to allow runners on first and second. Torii Hunter gets a bloop single to score a run, :argue:, Cle-0 Min-1. David Ortiz grounds out to Thome to end the inning.

Rick Reed gets Travis Fryman to ground out to third. Rickey Gutierrez grounds out to short. Milton Bradley, first game back from his eye injury, grounds out to second. Three up, three down for the Tribe.

Dustin Mohr flies out to right. AJ Pierzynski triples to right. A returning Luis Rivas gets an RBI single, :argue:, Cle-0 Min-2. Drese throws the ball away trying to pick off Rivas so he goes to second. Jones walks after working the count full. Hocking hits a chopper to the mound for the out, but now there are runners on second and third for Mientkiewicz. Rivas scores on a wild pitch and Jones goes to third, :argue:,Cle-0 Min-3. Mientkiewicz walks. Drese needs some serious :help: right now. Koskie finally ends the inning on a fly out to left.

Einar Diaz starts the inning with a called strike 3 (it looked inside to me). Chris Magruder flies out to right. Lawton pops out to short. Another 1-2-3 inning.

Drese strikes out Hunter to start the inning and then strikes out Ortiz. Mohr singles to left, but Pierzynski grounds out to third for the final out.

Vizquel leads off, and he pops out to foul territory to Hocking. Burks follows with a blooper caught by Hunter in shallow left-center. Jim Thome homers!!!!! :jump2: :clap1:Cle-1 Min-3 :jump: :dance2: Fryman grounds out for the final out.

Rivas gets a bloop single to shallow right center. Jones singles up the middle. Drese walks Hocking to load the bases :pout:. Manuel makes a Smirnoff call to the bullpen and brings in RHP Chad Paronto. Mientkiewicz gets an RBI, as Thome throws Hocking out at second, Mientkiewicz is safe at first. Cle-1 Min-4 Koskie follows with a ground out, but scores another run,:pissed:. Cle-1 Min-5 Ortiz strikes out to end the inning.

Gutierrez pops out in foul territory to start the inning. Bradley singles to left. Diaz pops up to third for out number two. Magruder pops out to short for the final out.

Ortiz hits a bullet to right for a single. Mohr hits a homerun, :pissed:. Cle-1 Min-7. Pierzynski doubles to right-center. This game is over, Charles Nagy is getting ready to come in :pout:. Rivas hits a high chopper at the plate, Diaz throws to first, it hits Rivas and bounces away, everyone is safe. The Tribe is getting any breaks, Rivas wasn't in the running box when he was hit, he should have been out. Jones hits a single to score a run. Cle-1 Min-8 Another Smirnoff call to the bullpen for Chuck Nagy. Christian Guzman pinch hits for Hocking and he grounds out, no one scores, amazingly. Nagy intentionally walks Mientkiewicz to face Koskie with the bases loaded. Koskie grounds out to score a run. Cle-1 Min-9 Hunter pops out to center for the final out.

Lawton grounds out to first. Vizquel flies out to left. Burks strikes out. This sucks.

The bench is emptied for the Tribe in this blow out. Ortiz gets the inning going with another bloop single. This is worse than pathetic, as I saw in a Friend's epsode, it's "pathetisad". Mohr comes up and smacks yet another #&*%#$ bloop single. Pierzynski singles to load the bases, he is now a homer away from the cycle. Luis Rivas hits a two run double. :pout: Cle-1 Min-11 :crying2: Jones grounds out, but a run scores. Cle-1 Min-12 Another ground out RBI, this time for Guzman. Cle-1 Min-13 Mientkiewicz grounds out.
