BOSTON -- Boston Celtics forward Eric Williams had surgery on his left knee and right pinkie on Tuesday.
Team physician Dr. Arnold Scheller performed arthroscopic surgery to clean out loose particles in Williams' left knee. Boston Red Sox surgeon Dr. Bill Morgan also performed a procedure to straighten Williams' right pinkie, which was bent during a game this past season.
Williams will begin physical therapy in two days and is expected to be available for training camp, the team said.
