My brother called from LA and, without even saying hello, asked "is it over yet?" I said yes, it's over.

This was just disgusting. That's the only word I can think of to describe what's happening.

I spoke to my kid sister, who's 16 and has been a die hard for about 5 yrs, and she's finally given up hope. I told her about the late 70's and early 80's(I'm 33)and she asked me how I survived those long lean years. I told her I still have no idea how I did.
