Rick Reed will miss Shea start

Rick Reed was scheduled to pitch against the Mets, in Shea, on Wednesday but will miss the start because he cut his right thumb opening a suitcase. No word on how long Reed will be unable to pitch. It isn't a DL type injury, though.
