Padres vs. Yanks

Its hard to believe that there is only 2 Padres left since the 1998 World Series. (Trevor and Mark Sweeney).

Well anyways, I'll take a 1 hour and 45 minute drive down Interstate 15 two watch the Padres and Yanks go at it.

Qualcomm Stadium @ Jack Murphy Field has some good food courts. The people are friendlier and they have manners, because they assume that you are a Padres fan. Whenever the Dodgers go to San Diego, I always wear my Eric Karros jersey when I go down there. And guess what happens? The fans all of a sudden become rude because there is a Dodger fan in the stands. At least half of the fans in the stadium are Dodger fans, and the place goes bananas after a while.

Poor guy thats like wearing a MIke Paizzia T-Shrit in Yankee Stadium;)

Actually, I went with my older brother to Qualcomm Stadium and he happened to be wearing a Piazza jersey. I was smart enough this time around not to wear any jerseys at all. I went with some beige shorts and a green shirt.

Good game. Yankees got their butts kicked (9-1) and there was a fireworks show after the game. Had a great time.
