This is from BBW's newest issue, rating the minor league systems for impact on the Major League clubs. As you can see, the Phils are ranked #10 in all of baseball, specifically as to their pitching readiness-very interesting that they ranked us that high solely on the basis of pitching [everyone knows how bereft of hitting the system is!]
