I think that Castillo is being a selfish ass...

The Tigers are trying to win ballgames... not see streaks extended. Why isn't he mad at the guy who scored the winning run for tagging up??

I agree Shawn. I thought Castillo was being completely selfish ever since he was recognized nationally.

He looked like he was going to cry when his streak ended. Everyone else was celebrating and he just pouted.

I'm giving him a pass. The kid barely speaks English, this was the most exciting thing that ever happened to him. He doesn't strike me as a jerk at all, just naive.

Well he was getting a little bit of help with his streak and he thought it was pure skill but um some that coulda been errors were ruled as hits and the fielders were letting some stuff get past them. Most of the hits later on were scratch hits that barely went ff the bat hard.
