Willie Harris was optioned to Triple-A Charlotte after Monday night's game and right-hander Matt Ginter was recalled. Harris had been called up to give the Sox an extra position player for the interleague games in National League ballparks.
With the Sox offense continuing to struggle, how much longer can the Sox keep Joe Crede in Charlotte? Crede is hitting .361 over his last 15 games with two doubles, six home runs and 14 RBIs. He has 16 home runs and 45 RBIs this season, with nine errors at third base.

But hold on a sec maybe they should keep him in the minors. Maybe you dont remember but the Padres brought up Sean Burroughs earlier in the season after he was doing so so good in the minors. He didnt last long. He struck out almost every time up and made millions of errors. They have to be cautious i guess
