Columbus has signed UFA defensemen Scott LaChance and Luke Richardson. It improves their "D" in the short term and in the long term may provide them with trade bait come the deadline next year.

Real good move. I like the way this team is being built, threw defence. Radislav Klesla is a great young defence man, and Pascual LeClare is also an excellent young goalie.
