CBS, ESPN, Fanball are pay this year. Fanball is $9.95 for two teams (still a bargin).

Give Insidecorner.com a try, its free and I enjoy it.
Sandbox is free too.

I found its only Free for the 1st 4 weeks of the season on a trial basis.

You can customize your own league settings and they give you the web space. You can shift an existing league to this site and adapt all the same rules and scoring.
