Injured players

I'm getting real tired of people like Matt Lawton (who was just put back on the DL) and Dmitri Young who seem to get hurt if someone farts in their general direction. My question is should I drop one or both and if so who should I look for in the Free Agent pool because I know no one would trade for them.
